Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan works with your own provider keys and needs no card.

Is there a markup on my own provider keys?

No. Requests on your own keys are billed by your provider. LatentKit charges only for your plan.

What does the 5% on Platform Access cover?

With Platform Access, LatentKit supplies the provider account and credentials. You pay the provider's price plus 5%, from credits you add in advance.

What happens when my credits run out?

Platform Access requests are declined until you add credits, so you are never billed past your balance. Requests on your own keys keep working.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade to Starter from the console at any time. If you cancel, Starter stays active until the end of the billing period. Company plans are set up with our team.
